    This place is fantastic! We have ordered here several times and we have never been disappointed. They have a huge menu and we have ordered from a variety of categories and everything has always been delicious. I would definitely recommend trying Amelio's!

    If I could give them a zero I would. Last two times my order has been incorrect and yet I ate it and never got it resolved because no one picks up the phone in there. Still giving them another chance I ordered tonight and I get a rude call to "come get my pizza we are closed/closing" and then disconnected. It was an online order so I always send my boyfriend to pick it up no problem. All if a sudden they need to see some ID. To sell pizza? So I go inside and hand over the ID and tell them that I've never needed to show ID before then the butch upfront Yelissa H as it says on my receipt has the nerve to be like "I ask for ID" are you a manger? Was there an issue? No, then states "I always ask for ID and I also say that over the phone" in the same rude tone that she called me with earlier. Did I call in my order or place it online? Watch how you talk to your customers especially the ones that drop money on your garbage customer service and decent pizza. Check out IL primos save yourself the irritation.

    Been ordering from here for over 8 years, really love this place but the last few times I've ordered the meals I enjoy seemed to be different like there's a new chef or something. I didn't even finish the chicken nachos. I'm sure I'll order from here again but it will be awhile.

    Favorite new restaurant since I've moved back to Phoenix! Love this place, it's got such variety, little bit of everything for everyone.

    We go to Amelio's mainly for the pizza and have not been disappointed. It is flavorful and not greasy. We love making our own pizza there. We recently tried other things on the menu and they were great as well. I would definitely recommend this place to eat good food.
